MEANING HADOKEN (HADO · KEN)
Hado has existed in the Japanese language for centuries. Literally translated, it means energy-wave or -motion. Ken means sphere or circle. Hado is a strong and active energy which is everywhere and which you can send with a specific purpose once you understand how. After circulating inside the body or innate materials, hado returns to the air.
